Fleas
We are a flea-free facility. If fleas are found during an appointment, service may be stopped and additional cleanup fees may apply.
Matting
Severely matted coats may need to be shaved down for your pet's comfort and safety. Additional mat removal fees apply depending on coat condition.
Appointment Policies
We ask that you arrive on time for both drop-off and pickup. Missed appointments and late arrivals may be subject to additional fees.
