Grooming is a paid service, and payment is due in full when you pick up your pet. Please review current pricing before your appointment and note that extra charges may apply when additional time, cleanup, or coat work is required.

We are a flea-free facility. If fleas are discovered during your pet's appointment, grooming may be stopped immediately. Additional cleanup or fumigation-related charges may apply, and full service fees may still be due.

Grooming involves tools, close handling, and movement, which means some level of risk is inherent in the process. While we take safety seriously and use care throughout each appointment, accidents can still happen.

If an accident or injury occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you promptly. If your pet requires immediate action for safety reasons, steps may be taken before contacting you.

Grooming may also reveal existing health or skin conditions that were not visible beforehand. We will let you know if we notice anything concerning, but we are not veterinarians, and veterinary guidance should be sought for diagnosis or treatment.

If your pet's coat is severely matted, shaving may be necessary. We do not brush out severely matted coats because doing so can be painful for your pet and may create unnecessary risk to the skin.

Mat removal may result in added charges. Once matting is removed, pre-existing skin irritation or other coat-related issues may become visible. By booking grooming for a matted pet, you acknowledge the condition of your pet's coat and the risks that may come with mat removal.

Missed appointments may result in the following charges:

• •First missed appointment: 50% of the estimated grooming cost added to the next appointment
• •Second missed appointment: 100% of the estimated grooming cost added to the next appointment
• •Third missed appointment: 100% of the estimated groom must be paid before another appointment can be booked, and future appointments must be prepaid

A 30-minute grace period is allowed after we notify you that your pet is ready for pickup. If you need more time, please let us know before the appointment when possible.

If your pet is not picked up within the grace period, additional late fees may apply. If a pet is left beyond closing time, overnight-related charges may also apply.

Please make pickup arrangements carefully so your pet can return home comfortably and on time.

Cosmetic teeth cleaning is intended to improve the appearance of visible buildup on your pet's teeth above the gum line. This service is cosmetic only and is not veterinary dental care.

Your pet remains awake during the procedure. Because of this, the amount of buildup that can be removed will depend on your pet's comfort, cooperation, and the condition of the teeth.

We cannot guarantee complete tartar removal. This service should not be considered a substitute for veterinary cleaning or veterinary diagnosis.

We do not use sedation, homeopathic remedies, or calming medication during cosmetic teeth cleaning. If you choose to give your pet any product before the appointment, it should only be something your pet has already used safely before.

If you have concerns about your pet's dental health, pain, gums, breath, or oral condition, please consult your veterinarian before or after the appointment. We are not veterinarians, and this procedure is cosmetic only.
