Grooming

We are a flea-free facility. If fleas are discovered during an appointment, service may be stopped and additional cleanup-related fees may apply.

If your pet's coat is severely matted, shaving may be necessary. We do not brush out severe matting because it can be painful and may create unnecessary risk for your pet.

Yes. In some cases, grooming may expose irritation, skin concerns, or other underlying issues that were hidden by the coat. If we notice something, we will let you know.

Cosmetic Teeth Cleaning

No. This service is cosmetic only and is not veterinary dental care.

No. Pets remain awake during cosmetic teeth cleaning, and we do not use sedation or calming medication.

Not always. Results depend on your pet's comfort level, cooperation, and the amount of buildup present.

Booking & Policies

Payment is due in full at pickup.

Missed appointments may lead to charges based on the business policy, with repeated missed appointments resulting in stricter payment requirements.

A short grace period is allowed after pickup notice. After that, late fees may apply, and additional charges may be added if a pet is left beyond closing time.
